Important information before you travel
Your ticket is valid for any day and any departure time until 31 October. If you book for a specific date but cannot travel, your ticket remains valid for the entire season.
Please be at the dock at least 15 minutes before your chosen departure to guarantee your place on board. In July and August, 20 minutes is recommended.
Find us at the orange ticket booth at Santa Pola fishing port (Av. de los Baños, 1). Not the blue booths — those belong to a different company. Ours is orange.

Pets travel free on board. Bring your dog — no extra charge. Please keep pets on a lead on the boat and on the island at all times.
No luggage restrictions — bring your picnic, cool box, umbrella and beach chairs. Everything you need for a great day on the island is welcome on board.
